Comments are free form text containing up to 250 characters that you can use as you wish. They are accessible from almost all Booking related windows and are attached to either the Booking or if there is no booking, then to the Sale itself.
You may add any free form text as you wish. Most formatting will be retained. You may only save up to 500 characters. You will be advised if you are exceeding that limit.
