When you open the Submit Request Window you will find that a file has already been created and set to be sent to MyCourts Support as part of your request. It contains data and logs that will greatly assist the MyCourts Support Team to quickly process your request. This file should always be attached and hence please do not untick the box.
 
Security: Transfers are made via secure methods so your data remains safe to send.

Clicking will open another dialog allowing you to select another file for attaching to this request.

Click and follow the instructions if you wish to remove a file from the list of attachments.
 
Please note: Only items that are ticked will be attached to the ticket.
