Also known as the Carbon Copy List, this is List is opened from the Submit Request Form and consists of a list of email addresses that you can select from so that a copy of your request will be sent to that person. This can be very handy if you believe your Club's IT Department or others may be able to assist you or MyCourts Support in solving the issue in a timely fashion.

Click and follow the instructions to permanently remove an address.
Tick the box if you wish a copy of the Support Request to be sent to this email address. Leaving it uticked will mean that a copy is not sent to that email addresss.
