Submit Request

Submit Request
 
This is the main section allowing you to submit your Support Request. Please complete it as completely as possible and include all file attachments. We will most likely need to reproduce the issue you or your members are experiencing in order for us to fix the issue so try to obtain that information from your user or staff member for inclusion in your request.

Cancel

The Cancel Button will close this window. You will lose any text or work you have done on this page.

Submit Request

2. Submit Request
Click this button to submit this request to MyCourts Support. It will also upload any files so it may take a few seconds to complete your submission.

CC List

3. CC List
The CCList (or Carbon Copy List) is a list of email addresses that you can add to as well as select enabling you to send a copy of your Support Request to another person.
 
Please note: Do not add [email protected] to the list as it will not serve any useful purpose to do so.

Attachments

4. Attachments
The most important attachment will have already been created and added to the Attachments List. It will contain all the data MyCourts Support will require to quickly pin down any issues you are experiencing. In addition, you can add other files should you wish.
 
Please note: Files should all be zipped up so as to keep their size down.

Subject

5. Subject
The subject is a required field and should only consist of a couple of words. Examples are:
 
  • Unable to Save New Member
  • Error when making a booking
  • Licence not automatically renewed
 
When received by MyCourts Support a Support Ticket number will be prepended to the Subject and hence your Subject should never be changed by yourself.
 
Support Requests should be confined to one issue only. If you are having two clearly identified issues, although they may be related please create separate Support Requests for each issue.

The Home ribbon bar is displayed initially but you can also select the Insert ribbon bar to insert and screen captures etc into the body of your Support Request.

Insert details of why you are submitting this request here. Please be as succinct as possible and include details of the member's username if you are reporting an issue experienced by an online user. An approximate time of when the issue occured will help us to locate the appropriate log entry.
