MyCourts Support Main Form

MyCourts Support Main Form
This is the Main Form that you will be shown when you launch MyCourts Support from the tile in MCManager.
 
When the MCSupport Form is opened, the main MCSupport Web Page will be displayed. You are then able to peruse the various online support resources to either enable you to complete the actions you desire or if you have a particular issue that you are unable to find a solution for you can submit a Support Request directly to the MyCourts Support Team.

The Menu Bar allows you to access your own or your Club's Support Account at MyCourts Support. Registered users will get priority support from the MyCourts Support Team.
 
If you are not a registered user or owner of MyCourts, you can also get support via the MyCourts Community.

Knowledge Base (KB)

Takes you to the Knowledge Base or KB as it is frequently called. The KB has many articles on how to configure and use MyCourts.

Only displayed after logging in, the Tickets section allows you to view all your tickets and create a new one.

Allows you to open discussions with your peers as well as the Support Team. Make suggestions, report issues and ask what other like minded clubs are doing.

Pressing F1 or clicking the Help button from within the MyCourts suite of programs will always open your version's help contents however the latest help contents are always available to you via this link.
