The Menu Bar gives you the ability to submit Support Requests that will automatically attach data to them that will greatly enhance the MyCourts Support Team's ability to quickly identify the cause of any issues you are experiencing. This will greatly improve turn-around time and ensure a timely fix for any issues that may require it.
For example, if you just send us an email then we will need to identify exactly when the issue occured, with which program it occurred in and we can generally only get enough detail of the issue itself by contacting you again via email. Using the above menu's Request Support button will greatly reduce this need as all the supporting logs etc. will be attached to your request automatically.

These buttons allow you to Login as well as, after logging in, changing your preferences. The Alerts button will also advise you of any actions you may need to take, Ticket replies etc.
