UserName Your UserName is used to log you in to the Support Portal. It should be less than 20 characters
Display Name This is the name that is displayed when online. It may be visible to others particularly within the Community.
Email Address Your own personal email address. This is the address that the MyCourts Support Team will use to correspond with you.
Password A password to use for logging in to your account. It should contain one uppercase letter, a number from 0 - 9 and one control character chosen from !@#$%^&* .
Club Name Your Club's name. This is obtained from the MyCourts Database.
